BeForYou offers yoga, monthly workshops, reiki sessions, counseling, coaching, holistic nutrition, and laser hair removal.
We will have a variety of classes and we encourage you to sign up for as many as you can! Our wonderful instructors will be able to offer any modifications or adjustments needed.
Our studio offers mats for rent for $1, otherwise your are welcome to and encouraged to bring your own mat if you'd like.
